General Description

       ET9792 is a peripheral device specially designed for I/O type μC used to expand the display capability. The max. Display segment of the device are 144 patterns (36×4).The ET9792 is a memory mapping and very low power LCD controller.

●  Built-in RC oscillator

●  1/2 or 1/3bias, 1/4duty, frame frequency is 80Hz

●  Max.36×4 patterns, 4 commons, 36 segments

●  Built-in internal resistor type bias generator

●  IIC serial interface

●  Working current lower than 20uA

●  Power down current lower than 5uA

●  VLCD pin to adjust LCD operating voltage
